Deputy General Manager (Admin & Security) job at Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC)
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Security Management, Public Administration, or a related field or a Master's degree, from Higher Education Commission recognized University.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in administration and security management.
- The candidate should be retired Army Officers not below the rank of Colonel.
Age: 55 Years
Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative department.
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient office management, including maintenance of office equipment and transport facilities.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and ensuring their continuous development.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and support service delivery.
- Oversee travel arrangements, accommodation, and event planning forstaff.
- Prepare and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
SECURITY:
■ Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures at Corporate as well as projects level.
■ Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
■ Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
■ Manage security staff, training, and performance evaluation.
■ Liaison with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
■ Ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. Conduct regular security drills and training sessions for employees.
■ Investigate security breaches and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
■ Maintain updated records of security-related incidents and actions taken.
